Ran the finance function of a registered 7-person student company.

Context
Students at HZ set up and run a real, registered company. I was the CFO of Sneaker Care Co. in Vlissingen, Jan–Jul 2024.
Problem
With €350 of starting capital, the team needed to know at all times what it could afford.
What I did
- Built a linked balance sheet, P&L and cash-flow model in Excel.
- Managed the budget and tracked actuals against plan.
- Set up the bank-to-ledger reconciliation and prepared the tax documentation.
Result
- ~€1,500 revenue in 3 months.
- Books reconciled and tax documentation prepared.
